Marcia Louise Fudge (born October 29, 1952) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative as a Democrat for Ohio 11th district since 2008.

The district includes most of the black-majority areas between Cleveland and Akron. Fudge was Chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus[1] in the 113th United States Congress.
