The following are instances of voting fraud by the Republican party.

2012

Robert Monroe, a supporter of Scott Walker, was charged with 13 counts of election fraud for multiple voting (including via absentee ballots) in connection with the Wisconsin recall elections in 2012.[1]

Roxanne Rubin, a registered Republican, was arrested on allegations of attempting to cast ballots early voting at two different locations.[2]

Verna Roehm pleaded guilty to misdemeanor voter fraud for voting the Republican ticket on behalf of her late husband in the November 2012 election.[3]

2011

Adam Ward pleaded guilty to 36 counts of voter fraud and perjury in connection with thousands of unverifiable signatures on petitions to place Newt Gingrich on the Virginia primary ballot.[4]

2010

Paul Schurick, aide to former Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich was convicted for placing automated phone calls to predominantly African-American Democratic voters at 6:00 pm on Election Day in 2010 telling them that the Democrats were successful and therefore should "relax" and "watch it on TV tonight".[5]

2008

A flier was created that falsely appeared to be from the Virginia State Board of Elections, stating (falsely) that Democrats were to vote on November 5, the Wednesday after Election day.[6]
