Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (b. 1960) is the third child and second son of Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. He was previously known as Prince Andrew, Duke of York, until his older brother King Charles III began a process to strip Mountbatten-Windsor of his titles amidst pressure relating to his controversial relationship with billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
