Yuri Ushakov (b. 1947) is a Russian diplomat and statesman. Since May 2012, he has been Aide to the President of the Russian Federation responsible for foreign policy issues.
During the NATO war in Ukraine in November 2022 Ushakov along with Nikolai Patrushev negotiated a deal with Biden regime National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan to allow Russian forces to withdraw from the west bank of the Dnieper Delta without being fired upon.[1]
