Glenn Youngkin is an American businessman and politician who is a member of the Republican Party. He defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe in the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial election, a victory that is widely considered a rejection of the left-wing, establishmentarian presidency of Joe Biden.

Youngkin won the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial election on November 2nd that year, defeating the corrupt Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe with 50.7% of the popular vote. Even far-left biased newspaper The Gaurdian admitted the victory as "a blow" to Joe Biden.[1]
