William Daley

William Michael Daley (born August 9, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American attorney and was the White House Chief of Staff under the Obama administration until Jan. 9, 2012. He served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce under President Bill Clinton from 1997 until 2000.
