Western States Med. v. Shalala

In Western States Med. Ctr. v. Shalala, 535 U.S. 357 (2002), the U.S. Supreme Court held that the First Amendment required invalidation of prohibitions in the FDAMA on soliciting prescriptions for, and advertising, compounded drugs.
