It looks like portions of the article Joel gilbert are not originally written by you. While we accept good quality content which WP rejects, it must all be written by you. Please rewrite the sections you did not author, or just remove them. If you don't, we will need to either chop out those plagiarized chunks ourselves (greatly reducing article quality and cohesion) or just delete the page.
