Supposed block?

I noticed your comments on Talk:Overcoming homosexuality saying that you were supposedly blocked. Yet looking at your block log I see no blocks. Can you point me to where this block supposedly occured? Could it be that you were trying to edit at night when the site is locked from edits except by select users? -Foxtrot 21:28, 2 September 2008 (EDT)

Firstly, I didn't know that it is a "dead time" in the middle of the night. Secondly, I was editing in the middle of the day (my time, though). Thirdly, why is the wiki blocked for editing in the middle of the night? And fourthly, thanks for pointing out that may haven't been blocked at all ;) Efloean 15:41, 3 September 2008 (EDT)
I'm new here too, but I understood that this site is often attacked by vandals. Since most of the Sysops are American, they decided to turn editing off at night American time, when there would be less attention for vandals. I also understood that once your edits are deemed good and you are no more a potential threat, you'll be granted "edit" rights, which means being able to edit at night too. I'm looking forward to it! --EdwardP 15:48, 3 September 2008 (EDT)
Thank you very much :) Efloean 15:49, 3 September 2008 (EDT)

Hello! Well done on adding to Template:officeholder - that's not a very easy template to understand and I give you props for doing so successfully. My only complaint is that you didn't notify an administrator once the templates you created came to existence, so I only discovered both of them ... now, and by chance. I'm also not sure if Norwegian MP is significant enough to warrant it's own template - we are a U.S. based encyclopedia, so while we do want individual templates for major U.S. positions - I think it's best if foreign positions just fall under the misc template you created.--IDuan 16:36, 4 March 2011 (EST)
