Reverting on Uganda

I was merely reverting a user's questionable removing of cited content.

The user has less than 10 edits and a previous edit of theirs removed some content from another page -- which was quickly reverted by another user and was blocked for doing so. ~ JonG ~ 13:41, 24 September 2011 (EDT)

Actually, the material on that Bill isn't referenced; the link is no longer valid. And don't even get me started on the disgusting defence of that Bill which someone previously inserted. DavidZa 13:47, 24 September 2011 (EDT)
