I don't know if you read my answer about alphabetizing a category but I think I found the solution to the problem. DEFAULTSORT:Last name, First name surrounded by {{ }}--Jpatt 01:57, 17 October 2010 (EDT)

You may know this already, but you can click "Watch this page" and then check "Recent changes" to see which of your key entries have been edited by others. For example, I've edited Talk:Abortion clinics in response to your comment, and I clicked "Watch this page" so that I will quickly notice any further edits to it by others. Renamed, also Upload Privileges
I've renamed the now-titled abortion facilities as you suggested and explained.
