Hi there!
I first learned of Conservapedia through a search on the topic of atheism. I too have had enough of Wikipedia's bias and was pleased to find an alternative. When I saw there was no article on Christian Egalitarianism, I decided to post an article here on that topic. Its content is from a wiki I had set up on my own website, from my own research. I am happy that it has lasted several days so far without being hacked to death. I'm also happy someone who knows the ropes here has standardized the links and omitted very little content, that being whatever was not absolutely essential to the core topic.
Politically, I consider myself a constitutionalist. Labels like conservative or liberal tend to be too vague, but this title tells people clearly that I support the US Constitution and what I understand to be the intent or "spirit" behind it. It grew from the Judeo-Christian ethic and from bitter experience with imperialism, and made this country strong as long as it was followed. With that ethic for a foundation, it seems constitutional to me that the Judeo-Christian ethic should not be completely sanitized from our laws, having implications on such issues as capital punishment, public decency, education, and management of natural resources.
Religiously, I am a Christian. I believe the Bible is the divine message of God, as proved by fulfilled prophecy, not the least of which was the coming of the Messiah Jesus, his death, and his resurrection. It is therefore the basis and authority, unchanging and timeless, upon which I stand and by which everything else is to be measured. To understand this Book is to understand the whole of human history. But it is what it is only because of its Author; Christianity is all about our relationship to God.
