United States Pirate Party

The United States Pirate Party is the American offshoot of the Pirate Party-movement. It was founded in 2006 by Brent Allison and Alex English. The Pirate Party has civil libertarian positions. It supports a reform of copyright-laws, a transparent government and privacy.
