United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals

The United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals was a court that heard appeals from all U.S. customs courts and from the United States Patent and Trademark Office in patent cases. It was consolidated into the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 1982.[1]
