Truth Social is a social media website being developed by the Trump Media & Technology Group as a competitor to Facebook, Twitter, due to censorship.[1]
The website officially launched on February 20, 2022 for iOS users.
On Apr 26, 2022, Trump stated: [2] "Truth Social is number ONE in the Apple App Store!"
And on the next day, Apr 27, 2022 Elon Musk tweeted:[3]
Truth Social is currently beating Twitter & TikTok on the Apple Store.
On Apr 29, 2022, days after Twitter takeovet by Elon Musk, Trump posted "I'm back."[4] - invoking one of his most viral Twitter moments in his first post on TRUTH Social since the platform, founded by the former president, fully launched.
