Titus Hosmer

Titus Hosmer (1736 - 1780) was a Connecticut delegate to the Continental Congress in 1778, and a signer of the Articles of Confederation. A lawyer by trade, he was a member of the state house of representatives from 1773-1778, serving as speaker on two occasions, in 1776 and 1778. He subsequently served in the state senate from 1778 until his death in 1780.[1]
