Inaccurate

This is a nice template except for one big problem: SpamHaus does not accept spam submissions, but perform spam collection themselves. Therefore, it would not be possible for us to report spammers to them. See: [1]
The FTC (spam@uce.gov) takes e-mail spam submissions, as does SpamCop, though I don't know if either of those would want to know about this kind of spam. Project Honeypot is the only place I see that takes reports of this kind. Of course, if someone backtraced the spammer IP, (which is not that hard) it could also be reported to their ISP. Many ISPs prohibit spamming, so they could loose their internet service as a result. (Of course, if they are using a proxy, the best that could be hoped for is the shutdown of that proxy server...) Of course, if the ISP is located in the American Redoubt, the link spamers are probably beyond the reach of the Federal government or the moral suasion of Conservapedia. JDano (talk) 17:53, 15 December 2016 (EST)

Heh, good point, although those were usually internal links, so they probably didn't count for that reason.

In all seriousness, many spammers are protected for various reasons, but if we can at least make life difficult for them, that's progress. However, I suspect that this is an empty threat.
