This is a strategy page for Team2 in the upcoming competition. First, a reminder about how points are awarded:

Keeping track of our work
We will need to keep some sort of record of our work for the judges. The best way to do this is to have each person keep their own summary of their contributions. Each day, they could submit the summary of their work to a page that only their team and the judges could view. Then the judges would use the information to tally the number of points to award that team. Any thoughts on this are appreciated. ~ SharonTalk 12:29, 9 July 2007 (EDT)
- Good question; everybody is going to nominate thier new entries as "quality new entry," but the judges might downgrade it to just "any new entry," so there is some paper work involved. We could have an honor system were the editor separates and nominates "quality" entiries from "new entires" (also quality edits from any edit), to simplify the judges reviewing it. If the submitting editor just lumps them all together and expects the judges to decide, it might over burden them.
On the Talk page here, we could have subheads with each members name, and then
- Quality new entry
- new entry
- Quality edit
- Small edit
- Quality contribution to the front page
- Blocking
- Categorizing entry
- Welcoming new user
and everybody just adds a diff how he/she'd would like it scored; the question here though is, are the judges going to review it daily, or wait til it's all over (IOW, keep a running score, or only issue a final tabulation). RobS 16:32, 9 July 2007 (EDT)
