Talk:Why there are no transitional fossils

As I understand it there actually, of course, ARE transitional forms, however since I got banned from stating the fact that George W Bush was born in Connecticut, I dare not post as much for fear of public flogging. However, This Page at TalkOrigins does a good deal to explain where that confusion comes from, which basically has to do with an almost anal-retentive need for there not to be any gaps whatsoever, which would, taken to its logical conclusion, require the cataloging of every creature that ever lived on the Earth to show the minor mutations that are naturally selected at some point, which is fundamentally impossible.
- The page mysteriously disappeared, though no record exists of its removal. I have replaced it.--OmnusErudito 18:26, 23 March 2007 (EDT)
