Deleted the part about aspects "unique" to American justice, since they arent unique.

___ Whoever wrote the above was right - the statement that these three aspects of legal process are "unique to American democracy" is simply false. I haven't changed anything, and I don't suppose anyone will respond given how old this article and its talk page are, but it really is quite a bizarre thing to say, considering that... it's completely untrue. Why was this guy's edit reverted when it served only to remove an untruth? PeteSC 09:23, 17 June 2008 (EDT)

I've added some new information to the article, and in the process I've reworded that passage slightly. Legal concepts such as "innocent until proven guilty" are hallmarks of the American justice system, but they are not unique to it. --Eoinc 10:02, 17 February 2009 (EST)
