Talk:Travel The Road
From Conservapedia
"in benighted, uncivilized lands such as Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea"
Seeing as this had been on the wiki for 6 months, am I to assume the majority of Conservapedia editors and sysops have no problem with it? Shameful. You should be embarrassed for yourselves. Rodney 19:22, 17 February 2008 (EST)
- Alternatively it could be that CP has 50,000 pages in the database and "Travel the Road" is not out most popular page - but I guess thinking something like that would be too radical--IDuan 19:25, 17 February 2008 (EST)
- I never saw the entry. I would have edited it if I had. DanH 19:27, 17 February 2008 (EST)
- A poor excuse. If an equally disagreeable (in Aschlafly's eyes) edit were made to the Gay bowel syndrome page, it would be overturned in seconds. Six months - not six hours or six days, but six whole months - is a long, long time for a racist piece of claptrap like this to be allowed on this website...Rodney 19:29, 17 February 2008 (EST)

- So you genuinely expect us to be responsible for stuff we don't see? That makes no sense. DanH 19:31, 17 February 2008 (EST)
Most people here know that the Gay Bowel Disease sydnrome article is controversial and many follow the changes. A lot of people have no idea what Travel the Road is and would likely just ignore that change. I didn't know. DanH 19:32, 17 February 2008 (EST)
- No, I genuinely expect the owners/supervisors of this site to take reasonable responsibility for the content that they host/allow to exist on their website. I'd have said nothing if it were there for hours or days, but after half a year? Knowing how well edits to this website are monitored for "objectionable" content? Y'all dropped the ball on this, admit it...Rodney 19:34, 17 February 2008 (EST)
