I would suggest either I Kings or 1 Kings be kept instead of changing to simply Kings, as Christian Bibles have two different books. Thanks Learn together 20:53, 20 June 2007 (EDT)

Hey LT :) That was actually an error on my part - I forgot to reinstate the "1" after testing the wikilink to see where "Kings" pointed. I've added it back into the article. :) File:User Fox.png Fox (talk|contribs) 21:22, 20 June 2007 (EDT)
Thank you Fox, I appreciate it. ;-) Learn together 10:54, 21 June 2007 (EDT)

"Solomon was an early advocate of the "one man, one woman" form of traditional marriage and had over 700 wives." This sentence doesn't make a lot of sense. 700 wives is hardly one man, one woman.--Krayner 10:29, 5 July 2012 (EDT)

The horse in scripture is the symbol of war. God ordered Solomon not to multiply horses. Solomon multiplied horses, i.e. created a military industrial complex. He couldn't have been all that wise, defying God. RobSGive Peace a Chance! 10:41, July 29, 2023 (EDT)
