Talk:Ron DeSantis 2024 presidential campaign

Note from LT

I may not add much content to this page, though I can help with formatting occasionally to improve readability. —LT ^{Rev. 22:13} Sunday, 23:17, September 16, 2023 (EDT)

Good. LT, maybe you can explain to him how a Portal page works. Eventually we have subpages, like Ron DeSantis early life and career, etc. RobS^{Give Peace a Chance!} 23:20, September 16, 2023 (EDT)

At this rate, I'm not particularly interested in the editor training process, since I don't have high hopes anyways for Conservapedia in terms of mainspace content. Maybe I can do that later though, nonetheless. I'll see. —LT ^{Rev. 22:13} Sunday, 23:23, September 16, 2023 (EDT)

Ok, I de-orphaned this page to the Ron DeSantis bio Portal page with a reverse link. This is the kind of wiki jargon we need to help Nishant out with. RobS^{Give Peace a Chance!} 23:39, September 16, 2023 (EDT)

Yes, thanks for dressing up the page by improving the formats and references, LT. Appreciated. I added Conservative Accomplishment # 3 on Record Budget Surpluses. I'll add more as they come to mind. I'll be surprised if there aren't at least 10 well-documented accomplishments by the time we're done. NishantXavier^{For Christ the King} 23:50, September 16, 2023 (EDT)

Okay, remember you're working with a timeline. Eventually you'll need subheads like ==2024 primaries==, and subheadings beneath that like ===Iowa caucus===, ===New Hampshire primary===, etc. Also, you probably need a ==Debates== subhead, ===Debate location A===, ===Debate location B===, etc.

So eventually you may need to condense all Accomplishments under one subhead with sub-subheadings, or reduce them to bullet points. I'm here to help on any formatting or uploading of images questions or ideas you may have. Thanks.

Oh, and you always want to be looking to create reverse links to this page, to incorporate into the whole wiki. RobS^{Give Peace a Chance!} 00:04, September 17, 2023 (EDT)

Now alternatively, before having to condense Accomplishments, you can keep compiling them here, then later do a spin out into a Ron DeSantis accomplishments page with a link from here to there, before having to condense space on the this, the main Portal page. No problem, NishantXavier. I may create an infobox template as well specifically for presidential campaign topics. :) —LT ^{Rev. 22:13} Sunday, 01:16, September 17, 2023 (EDT)
