- I think it was a partisan piece of legislation and this article is a Democrat hit list. After Steve Scalise shooting, attacks on the home of Josh Hawley, Tucker Carlson, tossing a pigs head and blood at the home of a witness in the Derek Chauvin trial, and countless other recent incidents, this sort of incitement to violence against public officials in the present atmosphere should be deleted.
