The entire section here of Unsafe at Any Speed is strikingly similar to this article from The New Republic. [1] Most of these sentences change 1-2 words and that is the only difference, some are direct copies. "Sued off the ballot in 19 states"
It says in this article that Nader got sued off the ballot in 19 states... yet this source [2] shows that Nader got votes in all but 4 states. What gives? Did Nader have to rely on write-in votes in 15 states, or did his campaign get the rulings which removed him from the ballot overturned somehow? --JeremyDB 16:58, 24 October 2008 (EDT)
