Talk:Jury nullification

This article requires major work. Jury nullification is not limited to US law and is sharply restricted in the US and most other countries. While some people would argue that "due process" is a fundamental or unalienable right, I can't find anyone making a serious legal argument that jury nullification is an unalienable right. At the most, it is a artifact of the Sixth Amendment.

It will probably take a lot more work to make clear the scope and limits of jury nullification. Wschact 10:56, 5 February 2015 (EST)
