John Marshall Harlan

He is typically known as John Marshall Harlan, should the page be moved/renamed as such?

I was waiting to see how it refreshed in search engines before making any further comment - the current naming is not as big of a deal as I thought it might be. If we want to move it we can, but there is probably not too much reason to do so. We wouldn't be the only site referring to John Harlan I. Progressingamerica (talk) 13:11, 2 October 2016 (EDT)
