Is Conservapedia part of the IDW?

After all, CP gets just as mercilessly attacked for unpopular views, especially the view that homosexuality is NOT endemic and CAN change. Shobson20 (talk) 08:22, 17 July 2020 (EDT)

That's a very interesting question. First of all, though, getting attacked for contradicting leftist dogma alone does not make an individual/community part of the IDW. The left-wing elitists have gone after Bernie Sanders' base, as well as J.K. Rowling. In addition, I wouldn't consider someone like Nick Fuentes to be part of the IDW. Although he has been very critical of homosexuality, which among other things the left has gone after him for, he takes it to a downright hateful extreme, as he does with transgenderism and immigration. Not to mention his racism and anti-Semitism. So when do we acknowledge that someone is a bigot and can bigots be part of the IDW? I would say immediately and no.
Putting that aside however, I think Andy Schlafly would definitely be considered a member of the IDW. He's an influential figure with decades of experience in the conservative movement, and family members with about as much or more experience to boot.
Certain high-profile CP editors/admins may also be part of the IDW, partly because of years of experience, but primarily because, like Andy, they are proficient and eloquent in canvassing their opinions and convincing others of their merit. (I think to be part of the IDW, you have to be a really good debater.)
Above all, the IDW seems to be pretty broadly defined. That's why this article is so short and vague.
And yes, I suppose that to an extent CP is part of the IDW.
