Added details

I've added in the Universities President's statement on the issue (it seems important to report the Universities position, and added in the details of the grant levels, as this was ostensibly the reason for denial. RDre 16:09, 3 June 2007 (EDT)

It was one of the given reasons, though obviously not the most controversial (especially after some of the voters admitted voting based ont he ID thing). It should at least be mentioned, especially coming from the University president. DanH 21:20, 3 June 2007 (EDT)
