There are certain idioms in the speech that need more translation, like "womb for rent" and "infant income", and we can't do it right here right now. Also, government paid daycare is institutionalized in Italy, and her party, in the name of women's rights, wants to expand it to weekends. Her strong points are being "nationalist" and anti-EU/globalist, but you only get glimmers of that in the speech.

Here's another report, but it comes from the GRU in wartime, so take it for what it's worth. (IOWs, Russia publicly distancing itself from Meloni may be intended to help her).
