(this was a reply based on this comment) I strongly recommend that you consense the "Overview" and "History" sections that you added, as well as add refs. This should be done before changing any of the existing content, which (regardless of whether it is good or not) is very well sourced and relatively concise. Also, I think the "History" section goes off-topic. I could all be massively trimmed. --1990'sguy (talk) 17:04, 18 January 2018 (EST)
