Brief and dramatic is accurate :) I wasn't trying to be argumentative, I was just removing the first person and thought I'd add my own comment. It's sad because that part of the TV show is where you say "holy cow this is going to be a really good show" and then you remember "oh wait. F-15 Two-seater

Some sources refer to the pilot in the rear seat as the "weapons officer", others refer to him as the "navigator". In the Air Force, they call the F-15 two-seater a "Trainer", where an experienced pilot sits behind a rookie pilot-in-training. RobS^{Abnormal is fine. Stupid isn't.} 15:44, April 5, 2026 (EDT)
