- Also, I worked for an employment recruitment recruiting firm. I am considering supplementing my income via recruiting Russian tech workers down the pike. Russian IT specialists based abroad are increasingly eyeing jobs at Western IT companies amid growing worries that their days of being permitted to work remotely for Russian firms are numbered. - The money is pretty good as a tech recruiter. The average salary for a Technical Recruiter in US is $94,916.[2]
- I bought 3 books on personnel recruiting plus I have a book on recruiting scripts created by a professional recruiter that is very good. Conservative (talk) 12:32, April 10, 2024 (EDT)

- I am not trying to flatter User: Conservative. I am pointing out that he frequently creates high-quality, well thought-out essays with profound insights. MayGodBless (talk) 12:37, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- Gotta hand it to User:Conservative - he's one who will never allow facts to get in the way of personal animosity toward certain individuals. I'd be embarrassed and ashamed of myself for taking advantage of such naivete. RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 15:44, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- Until earlier this week, you were relying on deceit to trick people into thinking the TIME person of the year was an award given to evil people until I pointed out that people like Putin and Trump were also winners, in addition to Hitler and Zelensky. Your hatred of Zelensky drives you to engage in deceit, and there is no denying it. MayGodBless (talk) 19:13, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- I fixed it, hopefully to your satisfaction. God rest his soul in hell or wherever for the misery and ruin he brought to his countrymen. RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 19:53, April 10, 2024 (EDT)

"I stress that, given the demographic challenges, Russia's economy will face large workforce needs and even a workforce shortage in the coming years. This is absolutely certain. We should understand that. We will live with that in the next few years," Putin said at a congress of Russia's Federation of Independent Trade Unions.[1]
I trust this clarifies matters. Conservative (talk) 17:24, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- Yah. According to you, Vladimir Putin is a macroeconomic expert.
- Worse yet, Putin takes expert advice from, albeit the correct advice, from economists and demographers who can't even build a modern sewage system, according to you. RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 17:47, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- And according to you, "Only Clinton Foundation donors, NeverTrumpers, and the 1991 Soviet Coup plotters think there's some sort of adversarial relationship between Russia and NATO". I'll take advice on geopolitics from Joe Biden before I take it from you. MayGodBless (talk) 19:15, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- I don't doubt that for a minute. Are you part of Operation Afterburner? RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 19:22, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- No. Are you a part a teamwork-focused organization on CP? MayGodBless (talk) 19:30, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- Have been so since I started. But now that you've opened up CP to trolls, the word takes on a different meaning. RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 19:38, April 10, 2024 (EDT)

- If you believe in teamwork, you can begin by explaining to User:Conservative that projects like Team CP or the CPCA are not supposed to be popularity contests, which both of you continue to claim. Editors should read carefully the wording of the pledge before signing. Heck, you didn't even think carefully before writing out the pledge.
- User:Conservative even thinks AFDs are popularity contests about editors. You can explain to him that they are not. RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 19:41, April 10, 2024 (EDT)
- AFD links to Alternative for Germany. Just sayin'. MayGodBless (talk) 16:04, April 12, 2024 (EDT)
- Sorry. Here, looks like a popularity contest you lost, per yourself & Ken. RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 16:19, April 12, 2024 (EDT)
- I lost a unanimous vote? MayGodBless (talk) 16:46, April 12, 2024 (EDT)
- Apparantly so, User:Conservative defines AFD's as popularity contests (look no further than your talk page, "User: RobSmith lost the vote...". Neither of you apparently vote on issues, and view votes on anything as popularity contests about users.). RobSThe Truth. Just Putin It Out There 16:54, April 12, 2024 (EDT)
- Considering that nobody has rebutted my argument, I hereby declare victory! Olé! Olé! Olé! MayGodBless (talk) 21:38, April 13, 2024 (EDT)
