Talk:Electron
Why was the information about electrons making up atoms removed? Also, I believe it would be a positive move if the article can be worded in a way that lay people can understand and follow what is being said. Learn together 04:12, 2 September 2007 (EDT)
- The information wasn't removed, but the first sentence was kinda wordy and redundant. "Fundamental particle" already implies that they make up atoms, and "fundamental subatomic particle" is more specific. I agree it's a little technical right now, I'll try to work on that in a bit.Fantasia 11:50, 2 September 2007 (EDT)
Mass, charge and spin are all wrong?
According to [1], the electron has mass 9.10938215(45)×10–31 kg, charge –1.602176487(40)×10–19 C, and spin 1/2. Sepura 18:14, 22 February 2008 (EST)
God
I think it should be mentioned that God created electrons and that He endowed it with an electric charge. --Quantumdot 17:12, 6 April 2008 (EDT)
Ok, I'm adding it. --Quantumdot 21:52, 9 April 2008 (EDT)

Hypercharge
I couldn't find the quoted data about the electron 'hypercharge' with a few searches so removed the fact since I don't believe it's very significant. Also rewrote a couple of bits to make some facts clearer. Hope that's ok! Nick Bowler 18:34 (GMT) 21 Nov 2009
