Bad idea. To be consistent we would have to merge Greenock and Inverclyde with the Firth of Clyde as well. And the various and assorted places like Musselburgh, Cockenzie, North Berwick etc. etc. with the Firth of Forth. And Kingston upon Hull and Goole with the River Humber.
