Talk:Double Jeopardy Clause

Rename request

Could this be renamed to "Double jeopardy clause" (lowercase "j")? I realize that very few people are sticklers for the proper noun/common noun distinction. However, in this case, "double jeopardy" literally means something different from "Double Jeopardy". Even if disambiguation is never an issue, it's still confusing when someone begins reading the article, and initially expects it to be about the game show since it's capitalized. --Interiot 17:15, 21 August 2008 (EDT)
