Talk:Conservative of the Year 2015

I am a big fan of Jim Jordan. Even before the Freedom Caucus was established, he would go after former-Speaker John Boehner despite being elected from the same state. I believe he has earned his spot. What concerns me is an effort to disparage the Freedom Caucus by other conservatives. I didn't look into it but I have seen several swipes for recent votes. Has there been controversy with Jordan's leadership that I am unaware of? Personally, I hope the Caucus takes a stand to gum-up further legislation from moving as punishment to Ryan's leadership. Kim Davis certainly deserves enormous credit. And I think she has switched to the Republican Party. My only reservation is that she may not consider herself a "conservative", depending on her view of the term, and thus I'm reluctant to describe her that way.
