Mastermind?

I am not 100% sure if 'masterminded' is the right word to use. True, he did carry the bomb into the conference room, but (and it has been a while since I read 'Rise & Fall of the 3rd Reich') I am sure there were others more senior in the conspiracy. I could very well be wrong; I shall dig out my copy and see what it says about the conspiracy.
