Teamwork - yay!

Thanks, TC. Your edits are more in line with proper formatting guidelines and good writing style than mine. Great working with you! --Ed Poor Talk 13:47, 12 September 2020 (EDT)

I reorganized the article a bit. Also, we might mention claims climate change - aka global warming - as a cause. But are there any scientists who agree with that charge? I mean, does wildfire extent correlate with temperature? --Ed Poor Talk 14:01, 12 September 2020 (EDT)
One thing I've noticed is that those who claim climate change rarely (even begin to) explain the exact correlation between rising temperatures and increased wildfires. The correlation seems obvious at first, but when you think about it, is there really a connection? One of the state's worst wildfires, the Thomas Fire, took place in December. Ed Poor, how do you feel about prose vs. bullet points? At the moment there's a mixture of the two and we should probably decide whether the opinion article perspectives should be bullet points or prose. I quite like the bullet point formatting, as it's unique and easy to read, but I'll likely adjust a couple of the prose ones to bullet points if that's what you prefer.
