Talk:Black and white crime rates

How about black on black crime? Isn't this the rationale behind calls for greater police presence in minority neighborhoods? With the result that 3 to 10 more blacks get arrested and jailed than whites? I mean, the higher arrest and incarceration really disproportionate (in the sense of being unrelated to crime rates)? --Ed Poor ^Talk 11:26, 28 June 2017 (EDT)
