Stubs

Hi Ed, I see you've removed a couple of Stubs I've put on things. I'm unsure ow they are meant to be used. Could you explain it for me? Thanks.--JohnD 14:20, 2 December 2008 (EST)

I don't know anything about Ballotechnics and so I am unable to write about it. Adding a stub makes it easier for other editors who are looking for work to do and who may have more expertise to find articles that need expanding. I thought that was the point?--JohnD 14:27, 2 December 2008 (EST)
