Rayon is the best-known kind of Artificial sink, but not quite the only. Since Rayon is the only artificial silk on here, a redirect makes sense to me. The Rayon page does include a mention of two other kinds, also. If you want to make a whole page for Artificial Silk, go right ahead and change this. Until then, this should help with accessibility.
