Stop transgender states
Stop transgender states are States that properly oppose the transgender agenda, such as Biden's attempt to misuse Title IX to require access to school girls' bathrooms by biological males.
The overall list is: Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi and Montana (sued in Louisiana against Biden's Title IX policy); Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, sued (with four private organizations) in federal court in Tuscaloosa, Alabama;[1] Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia (sued in Tennessee, and then on appeal in the Sixth Circuit); and Texas (sued in the Dallas area).
On June 10, 2024, these 23 states filed an amicus brief against federal courts ordering an employer and taxpayers in Houston County, Georgia, to fund transgender surgery for an adult sergeant who sought to become a woman: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
