Stigmata

Stigmata are the wounds of Christ that have appeared in ordinary individuals, typically devout Christians, without any known natural causes. St. Francis of Assisi had stigmata, and Saint Padre Pio's stigmata reportedly included all five wounds of Christ.
Sometimes their appearance coincides with a religious holy day, such as Good Friday.
