/* The importance of having good infrastructure */
:::Well China, North Korea, India, and the [[Central Asia]]n Muslim Republics have manpower. Only Russia isn't as stupid as your [[foreign policy]] hero [[Joe Biden]] to let in anybody to deal with its population decline and [[demographic]] crisis. :::::If China/North Korea/India had lots of technicians in the gas and oil industry, then why was Russia short 30,000 workers in the oil/gas industry in 2023? You aren't making any sense. None of those nations are known for their oil/gas expertise. You just don't want to accept that hard truth that Russia has a demographic crisis, many Russians and Westerners have fled Russia, Russia's labor force is not the greatest in the world, and that the war in Ukraine is causing big labor shortages in Russia.
