None of those nations are known for their oil/gas expertise. You just don't want to accept that hard truth that Russia has a demographic crisis, many Russians and Westerners have fled Russia, Russia's labor force is not the greatest in the world, and that the war in Ukraine is causing big labor shortages in Russia.
