You would have a good point, if this was a study about inherited vulnerability to breast cancer.
The existence of a special gene carried by African American or Hispanic women only, that would somehow increase vulnerability to breast cancer, only after an abortion, and not even in the case of a completed pregnancy, seems highly unlikely to me, although I do not have a Ph.D in genetics.
In any case I do not believe this is sufficient to "debunk" this study.
