Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed is a 2004 children’s comedy horror film based on the Hanna-Barbara franchise of the same name. It was directed by Raja Gosnell, written by James Gunn and starring Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar, Linda Cardellini, Matthew Lillard, Peter Boyle, Seth Green, Alicia Silverstone and Tim Blake Nelson. The film is against Liberal bias, where the female reporter is actually a cross dressing male German mad scientist who wanted to play God. A group of Mormons are seen at Old Man Wickles’ trapped door. Unlike the first film, this one is more family friendly and conservative like the cartoons.
