Rich McCormick

Richard Dean McCormick (born October 7, 1968) is an American politician and physician from Republican party, he is newly elected US House congressman from Georgia 6th district.

Education

McCormick was born in Las Vegas in 1968. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine and his Master of Business Administration from National University. He served in the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps for over 20 years. He is an emergency physician and works at Gwinnett Medical Center.
