Preterm-Cleveland v. Yost

Preterm-Cleveland v. Yost is a 46-page decision by a Common Pleas trial judge in Hamilton County (Southeast) Ohio, which essentially places abortionists above any authority of the legislature to regulate them based on an expansive interpretation of Ohio Issue 1. On this basis the Common Pleas judge invalidated nearly all of the Heartbeat Bill enacted by the Ohio General Assembly.
