Niles Eldredge

Niles Eldredge, born in 1943, is an American paleontologist, author, and curator in the Department of Invertebrates at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.[1][2] Eldridge and fellow paleontologist Stephen Jay Gould developed the Theory of Punctuated Equilibrium.[3]
